Mr Black & The White Ox, the restaurant that opened it’s doors in March, 2019, asked me to develop a consistent style and brandstory. I started developing the branding of this restaurant in September 2020. The final branding was inspired and build on the excisting style, but more illustrative and with clearer rules.
I helped this restaurant with positioning itself as a unique and useful restaurant, by using multiple research tools.
By testing different concepts with the target group, the right concept was chosen: building on their existing style and creating a thought-out light and illustrative visual style.
Every part of this development was summarized inside of the brandbook I made for MBATWO with examples and prototypes of the new website, flyers and a brandvideo.
This project was part of my graduation project at CMD Utrecht.
